Swyft has earned a Highly Commended award in Finder’s 2023 Customer Satisfaction Awards for Crypto Trading Platforms.

What are the Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards?

Finder is Australia’s leading comparison site. Finder’s Customer Satisfaction Awards are based on an independent survey of over 30,000 Australians who have used various products and services in the past year. 

The survey asks respondents to rate their satisfaction with different aspects of their experience, such as ease of application, customer service, fees and features.

The methodology for the awards included the following features:

• Finder worked with leading insights company Dynata to ask Australians to rate the brands they know and use for our Customer Satisfaction Program.
• A minimum sample size of 45 responses was required for each brand, below which a brand did not qualify. 
• Respondents were asked whether they would recommend each brand to a friend. This result was scored out of 5 as a percentage. For example, if 80% of respondents said they would recommend a brand, it received a score of 4 out of 5.
• Respondents were also asked to rate specific aspects of the brand. For the cryptocurrency trading platform category, users were asked to rate brands on customer service, features and benefits, ease of application, fees and interest rate, as well as overall experience.
• The final score was calculated as an average of all metrics scored. The Customer Satisfaction Award was given to the platform with the highest customer satisfaction score among all platforms.
