Ether.fi (ETHFI) is a decentralised, non-custodial liquid staking protocol built on Ethereum, designed to optimise staking rewards while ensuring users maintain control over their assets
The protocol allows users to stake ETH and receive a liquid staking token called eETH, representing their staked position. They can use this token in various decentralised finance (DeFi) applications, such as lending or yield farming protocols, to maximise their profits.
Ether.fi also integrates with EigenLayer, enabling native restaking for additional rewards. This feature allows staked assets to be repurposed for other network services, giving users higher returns on their staked ETH.
The ETHFI token is an ERC-20 token that serves as the native asset of the Ether.fi ecosystem. The total supply is capped at 1 billion ETHFI tokens.
