The Swyftx VIP Program is a four-tiered rewards system designed to give back to the platform's most active users. As you trade more, you unlock tiers that offer premium perks, ranging from faster customer support to a dedicated account manager and exclusive event invitations.
You don't need to apply or pay a subscription fee. Enrolment is entirely automatic and based on your 12-month rolling trade volume. Once your trading volume hits the threshold for the next tier, your account is upgraded immediately.
Inside Access is our VIP program. This includes access to a community group where users can chat, discuss market trends, and participate in exclusive promotional competitions.
Yes. Alongside the lifestyle and support perks, Swyftx offers a tiered trading fee structure. The standard retail fee is 0.6%, but as your trading volume increases, that baseline fee drops. For the absolute highest-volume traders, fees can drop as low as 0.1%.
You can easily check your status on both mobile and desktop:
On the App: Tap the three lines in the top-left corner to open the side menu. You’ll see a brief overview of your current VIP level and benefits. You can tap Profile for more details.
On the Web: Click your circled initials in the top-right corner, go to Account settings, and select Information from the left-hand menu to see your tier.
