Finder Wallet Migration

Published on 06 May 2025|Updated on 27 June 2026|1 min read

Australian fintech company Finder has partnered with Swyftx to assist with the migration of digital currencies held on the Finder platform.

If Finder users consent, their Finder Wallet balances will be migrated to their Swyftx account. This will require Finder Wallet customers to have a Swyftx account. If Finder Wallet users don’t have an account, they can sign up via this link.

Wallet migration process

Customers interested in migrating their crypto funds to Swyftx should follow these steps:

  1. Finder Wallet customers will receive an email from Finder Wallet containing two links. One link will be for existing Swyftx customers, while another will be for new Swyftx customers.

  2. Customer consent to participate in the migration will be handled by the Finder team.

  3. Consenting customers can click the link to start the process of moving crypto funds from Finder Wallet to Swyftx.

  4. Existing Swyftx customers, once they log into their account via the relevant link sent from Finder, will then receive an email confirming the transfer of funds from their Finder Wallet to their Swyftx account.

  5. New Swyftx customers will be asked to sign up via the link. Once a user has signed up and verified their account via this link, they will receive an email to the address they used to sign up with confirming the transfer of funds from their Finder Wallet to their Swyftx account.

  6. If you do not receive an email requesting your consent to migrate your funds from Finder Wallet, please reach out to our 24/7 customer support team.

If you hold MATIC or FTM in your Finder Wallet, please note that by providing consent, these will be converted to POL and SONIC, respectively – the new tokens replacing MATIC and FTM.

How will I receive my funds?

Once consent has been provided, Swyftx and Finder Wallet will manage the migration process. This migration will take up to 7 days to complete. Once migrated, you will be able to find your cryptocurrencies in their respective wallets associated with your Swyftx account. These can be located via the 'Wallets' tab on either the desktop platform or the mobile Swyftx app.

When the migration has completed, you will receive an email confirming the assets have been credited to your Swyftx account.

One winner to receive $2,500 AUD

As part of the Finder to Swyftx wallet migration, we are giving away $2,500 AUD worth of crypto to one participating customer. The winner will be chosen at random.

To participate, all you have to do is give consent (via the email sent to you) to transfer your Finder Wallet holdings to your Swyftx account.
