Swyftx’s New Web Trading Platform is Live!

Roll out the red carpet because our updated web trading experience is live! Built by our dedicated team to provide our customers with the best possible experience, login and check out our upgraded web trading platform here. 

We’ve upgraded and added so many features to align our app trading and web trading experiences. Our updated web trading experience now features an updated trade dashboard, a new wallet overview page, filters to give you more visibility on open orders and so much more.

As of the 15th of August, the classic web experience will no longer be accessible at trade.swyftx.com.au. We understand that not everyone loves change, which is why our 24/7 Customer Support team are here to answer any questions and assist in navigating the new web experience. 

An updated trade dashboard 

Updates include easy access to trending assets, chart data, your portfolio balance, saved favourites, open orders and more. Here’s what’s new: 

• Easily access and view trending assets & chart data  
• Stay up to date with gainers & losers in real-time 
• View your portfolio balance  
• Access saved favourites 
• See your open orders & order history 

A new trade interface 

Enjoy more ways to trade including one-to-one, many-to-one or one-to-many. Here’s what else you’ll find on the new trade interface:  

• Simple ‘from’ and ‘to’ inputs allow you to buy, sell or swap in any direction 
• Trade assets on a one-to-one, many-to-one or one-to-many basis 
• Trade any asset on any page 

Deposit & withdraw anywhere on the platform 

You can now quickly deposit or withdraw and easily view your addresses from anywhere on the platform. Here’s how: 

• From the sidebar on any page, click Deposit or Withdraw 
• From the same sidebar, conveniently view your addresses & deposit or withdrawal history 

A new wallet overview page 

Conveniently view your portfolio performance, trade & Earn balances, and track your asset totals as well as all of the below:  

• Track portfolio & asset performance  
• View combined wallet balances 
• View trade wallet and Earn wallet balances 
• View individual asset performance, balances, transaction history & current market data.
