Swyftx Launch New Web Beta Program

We are excited to announce that our new web trading platform is almost ready!  

At Swyftx, we are continuously innovating and developing our software to deliver a seamless trading experience to our users. That is why we are upgrading our web platform to feature an upgraded user interface and new trading features.  

We want to give Swyftx users the opportunity to test out the new web platform before its release, through our upcoming beta program. We will be launching the beta program on the 9^th of June, 2022, to gather valuable feedback about our new web-based trading platform.  

How do I take part in the beta? 

Swyftx users will be selected at random to take part in the beta program. Keep an eye on your email and check for a banner at the top of the trading platform when you login. The beta is accessed through a different URL to the standard trade platform, follow these steps to try it out: 

1. Login to trade.swyftx.com.au with your account 
2. Click on the ‘Try Beta’ banner 
3. Agree to Beta T&Cs 
4. Start exploring!  

If you are regularly visiting the beta site, we recommend book-marking the beta URL to your browser.  

How do I provide feedback? 

Feedback can be provided directly in the beta platform, simply click the ‘info’ icon in the header and provide any feedback that you think would be valuable to us. We want to our new desktop platform to provide users with the best trading experience possible, any feedback provided is important to us, whether it’s positive or negative.  

PLEASE NOTE: some features including ‘Demo Mode’ and ‘Entities’ are currently not featured in the beta, however, they will be available at launch.
